Strategic Internal Communications Lead – Global Impact

Gallagher in Glasgow is seeking an internal communications professional to shape how colleagues hear, understand and act on key updates. Working with the Global Director of Communications, you will plan and deliver messages that support engagement, change and day-to-day clarity.

This hybrid, strategy-and-delivery role turns complex information into simple, joined-up communications. You’ll partner with senior leaders and teams, manage calendars and channels, and help rollout new products and
