Strategic Land & Planning Director

Taylor Wimpey in the United Kingdom seeks a Land & Planning Director to develop, implement and manage risk to the Region’s land acquisition strategy, ensuring the company budget is met. You will build relationships with councils, communities, Ward Members and local objectors to drive opportunities and align with Taylor Wimpey’s strategy.

You will lead land acquisition staff, monitor market activity and coordinate with the Board to support future growth and strategy execution.
