RNN Group is seeking a Head of Careers and Progressions to bridge education and employment across its cross-campus footprint in Rotherham and Worksop. You will lead, modernise and champion the group’s careers and transition strategy to give students clear next steps.

The role demands strong leadership of Work Placement, Careers and IPS teams, the creation of employer partnerships and a data-driven approach to progression metrics and Gatsby Benchmarks.
