ClwydAlyn Housing is seeking a Strategic Lead for EDI and Belonging to drive inclusion across the organisation and communities in North Wales. The role requires shaping policy, advising senior leaders, and turning commitments into action within a hybrid work setting.

You'll develop and monitor EDI data, lead engagement initiatives, and collaborate with residents and partners to promote belonging, equality, and wellbeing for all staff and residents.
