Strategic Leader for Safeguarding & Wellbeing

onlyFE is seeking a Head of Safeguarding & Wellbeing to provide strategic and operational leadership for safeguarding, student wellbeing and welfare across the College. You will lead high-performing teams, foster collaboration with staff and external partners, and champion equality, inclusion and belonging while upholding Keeping Children Safe in Education standards.

You will work with stakeholders to ensure risk is managed, policies are current, and safeguarding remains a college-wide priority.
