Strategic Leader, Urgent & Emergency Care

Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Divisional Director for Urgent and Emergency Care to lead the division, drive safety and quality, and ensure delivery against performance and financial objectives.

The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and works with medical, nursing and governance leads to optimise patient pathways and service improvement across the trust's acute and emergency services.
