Strategic Legal Talent Partner - High-Volume Hiring

Davies is seeking a Legal Talent Acquisition Partner to shape our legal hiring strategy in the UK. You will own end-to-end recruitment across a broad legal portfolio, partnering with senior leaders to design roles, assessments and interview processes while building proactive pipelines.

You will leverage data and ATS insights to improve speed, quality and candidate experience, and contribute to employer branding within the legal community. This role is remote from the United Kingdom.
