Farrans Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to lead the delivery of accurate, compliant payroll services across the UK and Republic of Ireland. Managing payroll for 700+ employees, you'll ensure timely processing, strong controls, and excellent employee experience.

You will oversee pensions, statutory payments, multi-frequency payrolls, and payroll systems enhancements, partnering with Finance and HR to drive process improvements and governance.
