Strategic Program Manager, Customer Focus

Plexus is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Customer Focus Team and manage day-to-day customer relationships. This role acts as the voice of Plexus to the customer and the voice of the customer to Plexus, ensuring delivery commitments are met and value is co-created.

The candidate will drive improvements in customer service, leverage financial metrics for risk mitigation, and develop the team through coaching and succession planning.
