Strategic Reward & Pay Analytics Analyst

Transport for Wales is seeking a rewards analytics professional to provide high-quality analyses across pay, reward, job architecture and workforce planning. You will extract and validate data from HR systems to support decision-making on pay and grading.

The role involves leading the variable pay review, modelling scenarios and delivering pay structure analyses that inform pay framework development and equity in outcomes. Welsh language skills are appreciated but not essential.
