Strategic Sales Director — Growth & Partnerships

The Collective, the strategic experience design and production agency within BCD Meetings & Events, is hiring a Director of Sales in the UK. This role drives profitable new business growth and builds long-term client relationships across The Collective portfolio.

You will lead annual sales strategies, target key accounts, and partner with creative and production teams to develop winning proposals. Hybrid work, with 1–2 days per week in Milton Keynes or Fleet.
