Strategic Sourcing Lead — Lab Discovery & Global Ops

IQVIA is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead procurement strategy for Early Phase Discovery Services across Europe and globally. You will partner with Scientific Operations, Laboratory Leadership, Quality, Finance, and Legal to drive value, risk mitigation, and continuity in critical laboratory operations.

You will manage RFIs/RFPs, negotiations, and supplier relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance and cost savings.
