Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner — 12‑Month FTC (Hybrid)

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12‑month fixed-term contract (and a separate 6‑month FTC) to lead high‑volume, senior staffing across Oxfordshire and beyond. This hybrid role involves partnering with senior managers, guiding search strategies, and mentoring one to two TA Officers.
