VANRATH are partnering with a leading organisation in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland, to recruit a Workforce Planning Advisor. The role supports high‑quality recruitment services and provides expert guidance on workforce planning and talent acquisition to ensure the organisation has the right people to meet present and future needs.

You will coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns, partner with managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment plans and job descriptions, manage
