Structural & Civil Project Manager Contract Type: Contract, Inside IR35 Duration: 6 months ongoing Location: Wallasey, office based Pay Rate: £530 - £560 per day DOE Start Date: ASAP Hours: Full Time About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Structural / Civil Project Manager to join their Asset Management team, supporting the planning, development and delivery of structural and civil engineering projects. This is a key role within a varied operational portfolio, covering assets including tunnels, operational hubs, ferry terminals, bus depots and associated infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initial scoping through to delivery, including reviewing surveys and technical reports, developing project briefs, managing consultants and contractors, overseeing design and delivery, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Scope structural and civil engineering works and develop project briefs. Review asset condition surveys, technical reports and engineering information. Manage consultants, contractors and key project stakeholders. Oversee design development and project delivery from inception through to completion.
