Senior Structural Engineer   An established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Structural Engineer to join its growing Birmingham office. Working as part of a highly collaborative structural engineering team, you will take a leading role in delivering a wide variety of projects across sectors including education, healthcare, residential, commercial and urban regeneration. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer who is confident leading projects, managing client relationships and mentoring junior engineers, while continuing to develop their own career within a progressive consultancy. Key Responsibilities ·Lead the structural design and technical delivery of projects from concept through to construction. ·Manage the day-to-day coordination of projects, ensuring programmes and deliverables are achieved. ·Represent the business at client meetings, design team meetings and site visits. ·Design structures in steel, reinforced concrete, timber and masonry. ·Carry out structural assessments, refurbishment designs and alterations to existing buildings. ·Prepare structural calculations, specifications, reports and technical documentation. ·Work closely with BIM technicians to produce coordinated design information. ·Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, Eurocodes and relevant industry standards...
