Structural Engineer

Civil / Structural Engineer (Rail Infrastructure) London £38,000 – £48,000 (DOE) Permanent | Hybrid working Ceto Talent is recruiting for a Civil / Structural Engineer to join a growing consultancy delivering rail infrastructure projects. This role offers a mix of design and site-based work, providing exposure across the full project lifecycle from initial assessment through to delivery. Key requirements: * Experience in civil or structural design within a consultancy environment * Interest or experience in rail or infrastructure projects * Understanding of UK design standards * Experience or willingness to carry out site inspections and condition assessments * Strong technical reporting and communication skills * Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation or BIM tools Responsibilities include: * Delivering civil and structural design work on infrastructure projects * Carrying out site inspections and structural assessments * Producing calculations, specifications, drawings and technical reports * Supporting multidisciplinary project delivery * Working with clients and internal teams to meet project requirements * Ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality standards Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent experience. Working towards ICE or IStructE membership is beneficial. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis
