Structured Finance Legal Counsel - 3+ PQE

An international banking client is seeking a Structured Finance Lawyer (c.4-8 PQE) to join its EMEA legal team.

This broad role will involve advising on structured lending, securitisations, risk transfer transactions, fund finance and a range of bespoke financing structures, while partnering closely with Front Office, Credit, Risk and Operations teams.

Ideal candidates will have structured finance experience gained within private practice, an international bank, or both, together with strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills.
