The Role As a Student Support Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting students throughout the school day. Your responsibilities may include: Supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional needs. Building positive, professional relationships with students. Assisting teachers within lessons as a Teaching Assistant. Providing general classroom cover when required. Encouraging engagement, confidence and independence.
