As a Student Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting students' wellbeing, attendance, behaviour, and personal development. Working closely with pastoral leaders, teaching staff, and families, you will help create a positive and inclusive environment where every student can thrive. Key Responsibilities: Provide pastoral support to students across the school. Build positive relationships with students, families, and staff. Support students with attendance, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing. Deliver interventions to help students overcome barriers to learning. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records. Assist with safeguarding and student welfare procedures. Work alongside teaching and pastoral teams to promote positive outcomes for all learners.
