Sub Agent Sector: Major Infrastructure / Civil Engineering Contract: Long-term opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent to join a major UK infrastructure project. This role will involve taking responsibility for a section of works, leading a team of Section Engineers and Site Engineers and ensuring delivery is completed safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards. The position would suit an experienced Sub Agent with a strong civil engineering background and previous experience delivering complex infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Site & Team Management Lead and manage a section of the works from planning through to delivery Manage and support Section Engineers and Site Engineers Monitor team performance and provide coaching and technical guidance where required Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractor resources Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered in line with programme and specification Work closely with engineering, construction, commercial and design teams Health, Safety & Environmental Review and improve Method Statements and Risk Assessments Ensure safe systems of work are implemented and followed correctly Carry out site and field safety audits Support and lead accident and incident investigations where required Identify trends from audits, incidents and near misses and implement improvements ...
