Submarine Training Readiness Analyst (FTC, Hybrid)

Capita is supporting the Royal Navy’s submarine training transition from Faslane with a focus on reviewing and integrating training materials and new content. The role involves stakeholder engagement, documenting actions, and ensuring readiness of new tools while minimising disruption to delivery.

Hybrid work from home and Faslane, with UK Security Clearance at SC level required. FTC to March 2027, full-time (37.5 hours/week) with potential to go permanent.
