Sunday Deputy Shop Manager — Retail & Community Lead

Tŷ Hafan is seeking a Deputy Shop Manager for Sundays only in Porthcawl. You will assist the Shop Manager to drive sales, manage stock and visual merchandising, and ensure excellent customer service in a supportive, community-focused charity shop.

You will lead volunteers, promote shop standards, and help deliver fundraising goals while upholding the charity’s values and inclusivity. Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred.
