Water Utilities Supervisor - South West Wales Long-Term Opportunity | Competitive Rate | Immediate Start Available Matchtech are currently recruiting for an experienced Water Utilities Supervisor to oversee multiple mains laying teams on a major water infrastructure project across South West Wales. This role will involve managing and coordinating 8-10 operational teams, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme. We're looking for a strong leader with a proven background in water utilities and mains installation projects. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate 8-10 mains laying crews Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with company and client procedures Monitor productivity, quality, and programme delivery Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks Liaise with clients, site management, and operational teams Manage workforce allocation and resource planning Ensure compliance with NRSWA, H&S legislation, and water industry standards Essential Requirements: Previous experience supervising multiple utility or mains laying teams Strong background within the Water Utilities sector Valid NRSWA Supervisor Qualification Streetworks accreditation SMSTS or SSSTS Full UK Driving Licence Excellent communication and leadership skills What's on Offer: Long-term project work Competitive rates/salary Opportunity to work on a major water infrastructure programme Career progression opportunities Immediate start availableIf you have experience leading water utility operations and managing multiple mains laying teams, we'd like to hear from you.
