Supervisor positions across various areas of the operation
to join our growing team. We're looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to help ensure our food production meets the highest quality and safety standards. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate the following skills, experience, and behaviours: Confident in leading and motivating a team, with a hands-on approach and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Passionate about high-quality food and delivering exceptional customer service. Able to drive positive change by identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting change initiatives, and influencing others. Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to use data to make informed decisions and educate others. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to mentor, coach, and inspire colleagues to perform at their best. Flexible and adaptable, making sound decisions and responding effectively to changing business needs. A strong understanding of operational excellence, with the ability to take ownership, lead by example, and implement practical improvements across the unit. Previous experience within a fresh food, hospitality, catering, or food production environment. Requirements: Valid ID (Passport) and Right to Work in the U.K. 5 years of references required Recent DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) check Good communication skills Flexibility to work any 5 days out of 7 (including weekends & bank holidays) Ability to work AM, PM, or Night shifts Physically able to stand for long periods (bending & stooping may be required) Previous experience within a fresh food, hospitality, catering, or food production environment.
