Are you an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer with a background in manufacturing or engineering? Do you have strong experience working with suppliers, audits, non-conformances and quality improvement? If so, this Supplier Quality Engineer role could be an excellent opportunity for you! This Supplier Quality Engineer position is based in Andover. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00, with an early finish of 15:30 on Friday. The role is permanent, onsite and paying up to £45,000 depending on experience. As the Supplier Quality Engineer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving supplier quality across the business. You’ll act as the main point of contact for suppliers on product quality matters, including complaints, returned goods, quality concerns, audits and product data. You’ll analyse supplier-related manufacturing rejects, manage NCRs and SCARs, conduct supplier audits and First Article Inspections, and support the introduction of new materials and products. You’ll also monitor supplier performance, manage supplier changes and end-of-life situations, produce quality reports and undertake supplier development activities where required. The role will involve working closely with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing and suppliers to drive continuous improvement and maintain high quality standards. You will need: 3+ years' experience in a Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering or similar role within an industrial manufacturing environment Strong experience managing supplier quality issues, NCRs, SCARs and corrective actions Experience conducting supplier audits and First Article Inspections Knowledge of quality standards including ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and/or AS9100 Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills Practical understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly when dealing with suppliers If you are interested in this role and think you have the skills and experience this company is looking for, then APPLY NOW.
