Are you an experienced Supply Chain Planner looking for your next challenge with a successful and growing FMCG business?


We're partnering with an established food manufacturer that is continuing to invest in its supply chain function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll play a key role in ensuring product availability, optimising inventory, and supporting business growth.

The Role


Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, analysing demand trends, and ensuring the smooth flow of products throughout the supply chain.


Key Responsibilities


  • Forecast customer demand using planning systems and sales data.
  • Analyse trends and make recommendations to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Manage stock levels to balance product availability with inventory value.
  • Produce and maintain planning reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Monitor stock projections and recommend actions to optimise inventory.
  • Reconcile stock across multiple storage locations and investigate any variances.
  • Work closely with logistics, commercial, and finance teams to support operational performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings across the supply chain.


About You


You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a Supply Chain Planner, Supply Planner, or Inventory Planner role.
  • Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, or another fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent Excel knowledge.
  • Experience using ERP or supply planning systems.
  • The ability to interpret data and make commercially sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. xwzovoh
