Your Responsibilities Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs Working alongside teaching staff to deliver tailored support Assisting with learning, communication and daily routines Building positive relationships with pupils and staff Encouraging engagement, confidence and independence What you'll need to succeed Experience working with children or young people SEN experience including ASC, ADHD, SEMH, SLCN, MLD, SLD or PMLD is desirable A patient, resilient and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs Why work with Hays Education?
