Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups.
• Ensure pupils remain motivated and on task throughout the day.
• Complete basic marking and handover notes where required.
