Are you a dedicated and adaptable primary teacher looking for your next rewarding opportunity? We are seeking an enthusiastic Year 4 Supply Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Warrington area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who thrives in dynamic classroom environments and is confident supporting pupils with a wide range of abilities. The role is initially for one week, with a strong likelihood of extension for the remainder of the month.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to a class of 30 pupils, supported by a full-time, experienced HLTA. The class includes pupils working across a broad academic range, with additional support needs present (including SEND support and EHCPs). Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, consistent approach will be key to success in this role.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in UK primary schools (ideally KS2)
A flexible and proactive attitude
Proven ability in behaviour management strategies and creating a calm, purposeful learning environment
Experience supporting pupils with SEND , including those with EHCPs
Confidence delivering lessons across mixed attainment levels
