What youll do Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach

The practical bits You'll workMonday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, service based role. Permanent, Full time (37.5 hpw). You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay) Occasional travel.
