What youll do Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting. Ability to manage time well and manage own diary. The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach. Ability to work dynamically within a fast-evolving service.

The practical bits You'll work a varied shift pattern, including early, mid, and ate shifts, scheduled across 7 days of the week. You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
