Support Planner Anvil House, Scunthorpe, DN17 1QH, Permanent, 37HRS, Grade 3 AS, £27,938, FTE An exciting opportunity has arisen for Support Planners to join our new service at Anvil House, Scunthorpe.

At Anvil House, our aim is to provide safe, secure and high-quality supported accommodation for adults experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.

We support individuals to develop and maintain independent living skills through meaningful one-to-one support, partnership working and engaging group activities.

In this role you will use your experience of assessing service user needs to plan individually tailored support to help them achieve their goals and help them review their progress and achievements.

You will be expected to work effectively within a team, carry your own caseload and support your colleagues and delegate to Support Workers.

You will be expected to have a good working knowledge of the needs of people struggling with their mental health and substance misuse, housing law, debt support and issues related to the persons ability to live independently.
