Support Worker – Children’s Home Location: Berkshire & Surrey. Hourly rate: National Living Wage, with rates of up to £13.15 per hour (depending on experience) Job Type: Temporary Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts available, including days, nights, sleep-ins, weekends and long days. About the Role At First for Support, we're looking for compassionate and reliable Children’s Support Workers to join our growing team, providing temporary staffing to children’s homes in Berkshire & Surrey. As a Children’s Support Worker, you'll play an important role in supporting children and young people in residential care settings.  You will help provide a safe, supportive and nurturing environment, build positive relationships and support young people with their daily routines, activities, education and emotional wellbeing. No two days are the same, giving you the opportunity to make a real difference while enjoying the flexibility that temporary work offers.
