Job summary

Westbrook Care Ltd is seeking passionate and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team. We provide supported living for adults with autism, mental health conditions, learning disabilities, epilepsy, and behaviours that challenge.

Main duties of the job

- Provide individualised support and care in line with agreed care plans

- Support clients with daily routines, life skills, and community participation

- Promote independence, dignity, and positive behavioural support

- Maintain accurate and confidential care records

- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, following safeguarding and care protocols

Location: Caterham, Surrey and surrounding areas

Salary: £12.82 per hour (pay is dependent on client you are working with)

Job Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full-time and part-time available; shift-based including weekends and nights Job

About You:

- Experience in care is desirable, but not essential (full training provided)

- Able to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Right to work in the UK

- Enhanced DBS check required
