As a Support Worker with Voyage Care, you'll be supporting people to gain confidence, develop life skills and achieve their personal goals, all while working as part of a friendly and supportive team.
Our supported living service in Clacton-on-Sea is a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting individuals to build their independence, access their local community, maintain relationships, learn new skills and enjoy activities that are important to them.
One day you could be supporting someone with shopping, cooking or attending appointments, whilst the next could involve enjoying a trip to the cinema, visiting local attractions, socialising with friends or helping someone work towards a personal goal they've always wanted to achieve.

We're looking for Support Workers who have both the right values and experience. For this service, candidates should:
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Be resilient, flexible and confident in their approach
- Have experience following Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and reflective practice
- Be able to support individuals with a range of needs, including autism, mental health conditions and other complex support requirements
- Have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine passion for supporting others
