Location: Treow House, Dunstable

Hours: 8pm-8am shifts
Contract: Full-time candidates must be flexible to cover any night of the week including weekends

Are you a caring, reliable and compassionate individual looking to make a real difference? We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team at Treow House in Dunstable, supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives.

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs. Every day is different, and you'll play a vital role in helping the people we support achieve their goals while promoting dignity, choice and independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities with their daily living activities.
• Providing personal care when required for both male and female individuals.
• Encouraging independence and supporting people to access the community and take part in activities.
• Promoting a safe, caring and positive environment.
• Working closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality support.
