As part of our fully trained, specialist floating team, youll: Provide reliable, consistent backfill to our core homes Be the first choice alternative to agency staff Help reduce pressure on teams, giving managers the space to focus on quality and growth Experience real varietyworking in one home for a period, or across different homes week to week You might support a service through a staffing gap, help stabilise a team, or assist during a period of change.

What youll be doing Youll support adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives by: Building positive, trusting relationships Supporting daily routines, including personal care, meals and finances Encouraging independence, confidence and choice Supporting people in the home and out in their community Working as part of different teams to deliver safe, consistent, high-quality care What were looking for Were looking for people who are: Adaptable comfortable working in different environments Reliable and flexible able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends Competent and willing to learn full training provided Experienced or values-driven care experience is helpful, but not essential Committed to high standards compliant, professional and person-centred Youll also need to: Commute to the home you are working in (up to 1 hour from your home address) Use your own car for work and have (or be willing to obtain) business insurance What youll get in return Fully paid training to ensure you feel confident and capable in every service The opportunity to be part of a growing, specialist team Ongoing development and recognised qualifications A rewarding role where your work makes a visible difference every day Why join our floating team?
