Peripatetic (Floating) Support Worker Minehead, Williton & Surrounding Areas 15.54 per hour Full & Part-Time Contracts Available. Driving licence, access to a car & business insurance essential As a Floating Support Worker, youll play a vital role in supporting our homes across Minehead, Williton and the surrounding areasstepping in where youre needed most and helping teams thrive. Help reduce pressure on teams, giving managers the space to focus on quality and growth You might support a service through a staffing gap, help stabilise a team, or assist during a period of change. Youll support adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives by: Building positive, trusting relationships Supporting daily routines, including personal care, meals and finances Supporting people in the home and out in their community Working as part of different teams to deliver safe, consistent, high-quality care Reliable and flexible able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends Competent and willing to learn full training provided Experienced or values-driven care experience is helpful, but not essential Use your own car for work and have (or be willing to obtain) business insurance Fully paid training to ensure you feel confident and capable in every service Our homes have strong core teamsand when they need extra support, thats where you come in. Youll help keep services running smoothly, reduce reliance on agency staff, and bring consistency to the people we support.
