Floating Support Worker North Somerset £15.54 per hour Full & Part-Time Driver essential Looking for a role with real variety and purpose? J oin Discovery as a Peripatetic (Floating) Support Worker , supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism across North Somerset.

What youll do Support people with daily living, personal care and community activities Build positive relationships and empower independence Work across different services depending on need Support individuals who may be non-verbal or use wheelchairs (full training provided) What were looking for A driver with access to a car & business insurance Able to travel within approx.
