You will help promote independence, encourage meaningful engagement, and ensure he feels safe, respected, and supported. Provide tailored support based on individual needs, preferences, and routines Support the gentleman to access the community and take part in activities he enjoys Promote independence, confidence, and personal wellbeing Build a positive and trusting relationship through consistent support Encourage meaningful engagement while respecting dignity and choice Work alongside colleagues to provide excellent standards of care About You We are looking for a caring, reliable, and compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.
