This is to support a male client with a Brain Injury and Complex Behaviour.Male Support workers only: This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 as there is a genuine occupational need to recruit Males due to the nature of the role.Your responsibilities would include:Providing high quality person centered support to our clientsSupporting our client with working toward their rehabilitation/development goalsSupporting with daily living tasks and engaging in fulfilling and meaningful activities with our clientsProviding support to access the community that are engaging and fun for our clientsWorking under the supervision and guidance of the multi-disciplinary team.Managing complex behaviour and risk presented.Shifts:Days to be confirmed.18 Hours per week.You will need:Full UK Drivers License (Required)Business Insurance(Preferred)Caring, patient and empathetic natureExcellent communication skillsFluent EnglishMotivation to make a difference to our clientsExperience of supporting clients with an Acquired Brain Injury and Complex Behaviours, or some form of care experience to meet a specific level of knowledgeFull working rights in the UK (VP do not offer sponsorship)Pay:£14 per hourBenefits:Holiday pay + pension!Referral bonus when you help us build our team of dedicated staff.
Earn £200 if you refer a support worker and £300 is you refer an RMN/RNLDComprehensive training that will develop your knowledge and skills and support you in your role with us and any future career/educational pursuits.All successful candidates will require an enhanced DBS check, if not already registered on the update service. xwzovoh
