Support Worker – HomelessnessSalary: £29,452.57 per annumHours: 40 hours per week (full-time) Contract: 2-3 months temp Location: BristolAbout the Role: We are looking for a committed and motivated Support Worker to join a dynamic team within a short-stay service that helps individuals move towards independent living. This service supports people to overcome barriers, build resilience, and achieve their long-term goals. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a tangible difference in people’s lives. You will work directly with individuals facing homelessness and other complex needs, providing structured, person-centred support.
Working Pattern: You will work on a 9-week rolling rota, covering early (07:00 – 15:30) and late shifts (13:00 – 21:30), including 3 weekends within each 9-week period.
