Join us as a Support Worker at our bespoke development in Alcester, Warwickshire. Our innovative Housing with Care and Support service offers a modern, comfortable, and safe environment for individuals with learning disabilities and other support needs, including complex physical and health conditions.
As a Support Worker, you'll provide personal care, administer medication, and assist with domestic tasks like cooking and cleaning. You'll support tenants to maximize their well-being and independence, fostering a fulfilling and valued life. You'll also encourage service users to engage in exciting social activities both within and outside their homes. Our residents love participating in a wide range of activities, ensuring no two days are the same.
No previous care experience is required and we offer both full-time and part-time hours, worked flexibly according to the service's needs.
The service is conveniently located with great public transport links and multiple bus stops nearby.
Vacancy Reference Number: 91669 . Creative Support's Development Pathway offers a structured induction and values-led training to help staff grow from entry-level to leadership roles. It empowers career progression through tailored learning aligned with national strategies and the WE CARE framework.
Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
