Northeast

in healthcare settings. About the Role Are you a
caring,
compassionate
and reliable person

We are looking for enthusiastic
Support Workers
to join our team. You will provide person-centred support to individuals, helping them live as independently as possible while promoting their dignity, wellbeing,
choices
and quality of life. Your Responsibilities Provide compassionate and person-centred support.
Assist
individuals with their daily routines and personal care where
required
.
Encourage independence and
s
upport people to access activities,
appointments
and the wider community.
Follow individual care and support plans.
Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns or changes.
Promote safeguarding and
maintain
a safe environment.
Complete
accurate
daily records and relevant documentation.
Work closely with colleagues,
families
and other professionals.
Follow company policies, health and safety procedures and safeguarding requirements.
Essential Skills and Experience A minimum of 6 months UK experience.
The right to work in the UK and willingness to complete an?
enhanced DBS check you must hold or be willing to obtain this
, references, and safer-recruitment checks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of dignity, privacy, safeguarding, and person-centred care.
Ability to follow care plans, instructions, and organisational procedures.
Previous
experience in a healthcare or care environment.?
Driving Licence (Desirable)?
Qualifications Healthcare or Care qualification, such as
Care Certificate, Level 2/3
Health
and Social Care
, or equivalent, is desirable.
Willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development.
