What youll do Support adults with daily routines and personal care Help people access activities and their local community Encourage independence, confidence and life skills Follow individual care plans Help create a safe, calm and welcoming home The role includes day shifts, weekends and sleep-ins.
About you You will be: Compassionate and patient Reliable and respectful Comfortable providing personal care Able to work weekends and sleep-ins Committed to person-centred support Experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant or Healthcare Assistant is welcome but not essential. A full UK driving licence is desirable. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
