Where will I be working?You’ll be joining one of our 24‑hour supported living services for adults with Learning Disabilities. The people we support have a range of needs — including complex Learning Disabilities, Autism, health needs and physical disabilities. Some individuals are non‑verbal, and others require higher levels of personal care and manual handling/hoisting, so this is a very hands‑on role.We work closely with families and aim to create a warm, positive circle of support. Everything we do is person‑centred — from daily activities and shopping, to cooking, managing budgets and helping people enjoy the things that matter to them. Our goal is always to help each person live as independently as possible.Please note: You must be a driver to be considered for this role. Shift PatternsBecause this is a 24‑hour service, flexibility is really important. Shifts typically include:Early shifts (7:00/8:00 am – 2:00/3:00 pm)Late shifts (2:00/3:00 pm – 9:00/10:00 pm)Sleep‑ins or waking nightsSome weekend workHours may vary slightly depending on the service.
