youll play a hands-on role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to young adults and older residents with complex nursing needs in a busy, fast-paced 24-bed home.

oull be part of a close-knit team that ensures residents are safe, comfortable and treated with dignity, while also encouraging independence, choice and meaningful activities. Youll build trusting relationships, through the use of calm and thoughtful communication, and adapt to changing needs and preferences throughout the day. Our service feels like family

What you'll do Support people with everyday living, including personal care, meal preparation, medication, and maintaining a safe, comfortable home. Promote independence and choice by delivering person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs, goals, and preferences. Accompany people to appointments, social activities, and community events, encouraging meaningful participation and inclusion. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records in line with organisational policies and regulatory requirements. Build positive relationships with the people you support, their families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals. Most importantly, empower each person to live the life they choose, with dignity, respect, and as much independence as possible. Complex care This role may involve supporting individuals with a range of complex healthcare needs, including tracheostomy care, enteral feeding (PEG tubes), medication administration, epilepsy management, and other specialist clinical interventions. Full training, competency assessments, and ongoing support will be provided. Your working hours 36 hours per week You will be working on night shift. Youll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota. Shifts are: Night shifts:

7:30pm
