About the Role

We're looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our dedicated team supporting people across our services in Eastry and Aylesham, Kent.

You'll support adults with learning disabilities, communication needs, behaviours of concern and pica, helping them to live independently, develop new skills and enjoy meaningful lives within their local communities.

Our team works across both locations throughout the week, providing consistent, person-centred support. Provide dignified, person-centred personal care where required

Drive the people we support to activities, appointments and social outings using their mobility vehicles

Promote positive outcomes by supporting people in a way that reflects their individual communication needs and support plans

Celebrate achievements—big and small—and help create moments that matter every day
