Highly Competitive Pay: Umbrella: £23.00 per hour Guaranteed Hours: 45+ hours per week (excellent earning potential!). Travel-Ready: Open to candidates willing to relocate/travel from anywhere in the UK. 📋 Key Responsibilities Direct Care & Support: Provide high-quality, person-centered care to older adults within a care home setting, strictly following personalized care plans. Daily Living Assistance: Assist residents with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility. Medication Administration: Safely administer prescribed medications and closely monitor resident well-being. Safety & Teamwork: Maintain a safe, supportive living environment, managing moving and handling tasks safely, and undertaking lone working duties where required. ✔️ Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting older adults in a care setting (previous care home experience is highly preferred). Core Skills: Proficient in personal care, safe moving and handling, and medication administration. Location Flexibility: Previous experience with island or remote placements is a major plus, but not essential. Driving License: A driving license is preferred due to travel distances, but not mandatory.
